The staff here is really amazing and helpful. The room is modern and beautifully decorated and has a spacious bathroom. There is a good variety of breakfast options available.

The decoration at B&B Hortus was simply delightful. Every corner of the hotel exuded elegance and charm. The common areas were adorned with beautiful artwork and cozy furniture, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel's accessibility was excellent. There were no steep stairs or long hallways to navigate, making it easy for me to move around and enjoy the facilities.

If I could ask for one thing to improve the vacation experience for senior people, it would be to have more assistance from the staff. While the children working there were kind and hospitable, having someone readily available to provide guidance and support to senior guests would have made the stay even more comfortable.

The location is fantastic, just a short stroll from the water taxi drop-off at Marco Polo airport. It made our arrival and departure so convenient. The breakfast spread was amazing, with plenty of options for everyone in the family. The hosts, Ewa and her mum, were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for family-friendly restaurants. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep for everyone. The highlight for the kids was the beautiful garden, where they could play and explore. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back!

The location was mind-blowing—super close to everything and just a short walk from the train station. The hospitality and friendliness of the hosts were jaw-dropping! The keycard entrances provided a secure stay. The breakfast spread was impressive and the room was comfortable and sparkling clean. The attention to detail in the facilities was fantastic. The peaceful gardens and freshly made cappuccinos added to the overall AMAZING experience. I highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting Venice!

I recently stayed at a charming B&B in Venice for a few nights and it exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was exceptional, with a delicious variety of options and great coffee. The host was amazing, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and offer recommendations. The bed was the most comfortable out of all the places we stayed in Italy. The owners took care of every detail, providing complimentary soft drinks and a comprehensive toiletries kit. this was the best hotel experience of our trip and I would love to return.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. It was conveniently located near the public boat taxi drop off point, making it easy to get to and from the hotel. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a great variety of options including fresh juices, fruits, cheeses, meats, and breads. The hosts were friendly and helpful, providing us with a map and great restaurant recommendations.

One evening, the walkway back to the entrance of the hotel was partially covered with water, and there was no clear detour. While this is likely due to the unique nature of Venice, it would have been helpful to have an alternative route suggested or well-lit signage to guide us.

The location was perfect, situated on a quiet canal but still within a short walk to popular attractions and piazzas. The beautiful yard, cared for by Jenina, added a special touch to our stay. We would definitely choose to stay at B&B Hortus again.
